Prevail in Prayer of Faith

 Hey there,

Let's talk about faith. In the realm where God reigns supreme, faith isn't just a single thing—it's a spirit, a law, a gift, and even tangible evidence. But boiling it down, faith is really about making a pledge to God with all your beliefs and your intellect.

Take Jesus, for example. He showed us what faith looks like in action when he said, "into your hands I commend my spirit" (Luke 23:46).

That moment of surrender? Pure faith.

Imagine the vulnerability Jesus felt. He could've easily been overwhelmed by fear. But no, He clung to the promise from the Father—the promise of resurrection and empowerment. Not right away, though. He had to wait for three days. And during those days, his faith didn't waver. Not one bit.

Here's the thing about faith for us believers: it's more than just believing. It's about faithfulness and loyalty. Believing in God means committing to what He wants for your life, sticking with Him through the good times and the bad.

And when you're in the middle of a crisis? That's when your faith really needs to stand firm.

The Bible tells us that darkness fell while Jesus was in the midst of his crisis. But even then, he trusted God with his life.

So, when you're facing the darkness of the world or personal challenges, keep your trust in God. Believe in His power to bring back what was lost.

In those tough times, ditch the fear and grab onto faith with both hands.

This wraps up our look at the three prayers Jesus offered during his times of crisis. If he turned to prayer, so should we.
