Divine Signs Part 2

 Hey there!

Ever thought about where we turn to fill that spiritual void we all feel at times? It's pretty crazy how some people will check their horoscope with their morning coffee but let their Bibles gather dust on the shelf.

Makes you wonder, doesn't it? Why do people look up to the stars for answers when we've got the Creator of the universe, who knows us inside and out, ready to guide us?

It's kind of like choosing to follow a map drawn in the sand when you've got a GPS in your hand. The stars, as mesmerizing as they are, were created for us, not the other way around. So, leaning on them instead of tapping into the wisdom of the One who put them there? Well, it's a bit like trying to sail a boat with a spoon—it just doesn't make sense.

Back in the day, it was pretty straightforward to spot a fib. But now, it seems like the lines between fact and fiction are blurrier than ever. "Ignorance is bliss" has taken on a whole new level, sounding almost wise in today's world. But let's not get twisted by the noise.

Here's the deal: diving into daily horoscopes, getting tangled up in zodiac signs, or flirting with the occult is like walking in the opposite direction of where God wants us to go. It's like trying to walk hand in hand with someone when you're not even on the same path. Amos 3:3 hits the nail on the head: "How can two walk together unless they agree?"

Being in sync with God isn't just a nice idea; it's the key to unlocking His power in our lives. That's why we're encouraged to give our minds a makeover—by lining up our thoughts with what God says in His Word. When we do that, we're not just agreeing with Him; we're stepping into a rhythm that's in tune with His heartbeat.

What if we hit the unsubscribe button on zodiac signs? Because, honestly, they're just muddying the waters of who we really are and where we're headed.

Here's the scoop: we've got something way more powerful than the stars could ever offer. According to 2 Peter 1:1-4, we've got God's divine power and we're partakers in His divine nature. That's right, we're meant to be divine signs ourselves!

Mark 16:17-18 isn't shy about it.

So, what's a sign, anyway? It's an indication of a fact, condition, or quality's presence. For example, a fever is your body's way of saying, "Hey, something's up!" In the same way, God's glory is the ultimate sign that He's right here with us.

But here's a heads-up: not everyone who drops God's name is actually rolling with Him. If His presence is not present, then something's off—whether it's a person, a place, or anything else.

Don't get fooled!

Our lives should be bursting with supernatural stuff—miracles, healings, and undeniable evidence of Holy Spirit's power. And it's not just for show. These signs have a purpose: to shine a spotlight on Christ, leading folks to a moment of awe, faith, and a total life makeover.

We're talking about a mission to flip the script on entire nations and cities. And yep, it's going to take some serious divine firepower!

So, when someone asks, "What's your sign?" Go ahead and tell them, "Divine, baby!" Because that's the real deal.
