He's not dwelling on your past mistakes or victories. Like Paul says in Philippians 3:13, it's all about "forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead." Or, to put it another way, keeping our eyes on the prize and not looking back.

Moving forward, progressing, that's the game plan. And it's pretty thrilling when you think about it.
